But that's only part of the fun. Recruiting is generally an outright painful experience for both the applicant and the recruiter, so we thought we would spice things up a bit.

As firm believers that a company's greatest resource is its personnel, we are always on the lookout for the best talent. In order to get the best talent, we don't think asking prospective employees to spend hours filling out mind-numbing forms that may never see a pair of human eyes, is going to attract the best. We are not a traditional management consulting firm and our hiring process is no different. Be forewarned though, we wont ask you for a resume but if you're selected for an interview, be prepared to answer some extremely unusual questions.

As much as it pains us to say so, we really can't do it all. Then again, we aren't aware of any firm that can do it all. In some instances we partner with other companies to provide our strategy and operations expertise and likewise utilize our partner's  expertise on projects outside our core competencies to make sure our client are getting the best service to meet their needs.
