Monarch Point Consulting Group (MPCG) was founded in 2014 and is a boutique strategy and operations and project management consulting firm. In other words, we help business grow, streamline operations, minimize wasted time & resources, plan/execute projects, and ultimately become more profitable. As our firm continues to expand, we are looking for an Business Development Manager to facilitate further international growth in the business through inside and outside sales.

Daily Responsibilities:
Build and lead a team of associates in identifying prospective global clients through targeted search initiatives, scheduling discovery calls or meetings.
Identify prospective clients through targeted search initiatives, scheduling discovery calls or meetings.
Track, maintain and regularly update a CRM database of prospective clients from lead through closing.
Follow up with prospective clients as necessary.
Assist in preparation of material for meetings.
Participate in informal or formal ongoing sales training.
Provide recommendations sales process where applicable.
Personal Requirements:
MBA or relevant Masters Degree
Professionalism: because you have to dress for success and look the part.
Outstanding interpersonal communication: how well can you find connections with people?
A good listener: you cant sell unless you understand what your customers need.
Humility: if you think you know it all, you're in the wrong place.
Eagerness to learn: we can't train you if you dont want to learn.
Ambitious: the hungrier you are, the more our firm and your career will blossom!

Technical Requirements:
Familiarity with Google G-Suite.
Familiarity with AGILE/SCRUM or project management
Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel, Word, and Visio.
Compensation:
15% commission on all projects you bring in, with salary additional benefits to be included with career progression.
