Monarch Point Consulting Group (MPCG) was founded in 2014 and is a boutique strategy and operations and project management consulting firm. In other words, we help business grow, streamline operations, minimize wasted time & resources, plan/execute projects, and ultimately become more profitable. As our firm continues to expand, we are looking for a Consulting Managers to work alongside a team of associates and the firm's leadership on the front lines to deliver best-in-practice consulting services and deliverables to our clients.
Whats in it for you?
Flexibility: Depending on the nature of the client engagement, most of your work will be done remotely, meaning you can work where you want as long as your are aware your teams location and can get in touch with them promptly when necessary. However, on some occasions our engagements require us to be at the client site, so some domestic or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee a team of one to five Consulting Associates, supervising their time allocations and work deliverables.
Act as the liaison between Consulting Associates and firm leadership, escalating questions/comments/concerns when appropriate.
Perform quality control checks on all Associate's deliverables produced.
Correspond with client's and MPCG leadership on a daily basis, confirming daily tasks, meetings, and deliverables.
Identify and qualify prospective clients, working with the Business Development Team to develop future consulting opportunities.
Build and maintain professional working relationships with current and prospective clients.
Execute tasks and produce pre-agreed deliverables daily.
Field client requests and escalate to firm leadership where relevant.
Identify additional opportunities to expand on client work.
Assist in preparation of material for meetings, and provide status updates on relevant deliverables or projects.
Participate in informal or formal ongoing consulting and leadership training.
Provide recommendations to senior leadership regarding internal and external processes where applicable.
Personal Requirements:
College Degree, MBA preferred: this proves you are capable of achievement.
Experience: must have some direct consulting experience, either with a consulting firm or in a consultative role in an organization.
Management: Must have prior experience managing teams, ideally in a consulting setting.
Professionalism: because we all have to dress for success and look the part.
Outstanding interpersonal communication: you find connections with people easily.
A good listener: you cant help your clients unless you understand what they need.
Humility: if you think you're the smartest person in the room, you're in the wrong room.
Eagerness to learn: we're always looking to learn, and we expect our team to do the same regardless of career level.
Service minded: you live to lend a hand, whether to your team or your clients.
Teamwork: you are willing to succeed and fail as a team, putting the team's needs before your own.

Technical Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience with AGILE/SCRUM or other project management methodology.
At least 5 years of Corporate Strategy, Business Development, or Operations Management experience.
At least 5 years of Process Mapping, Process Improvement, or Process Re-engineering experience.
Advanced-Expert experience with Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel, Word, and Visio.
Familiarity with Google G-Suite.
Compensation:
Daily rate TBD, depending on experience.
