Brian Dapelo, Managing Director 

Brian Dapelo comes from a diverse professional background in Financial Services, Management Consulting, Academia, and Technology. Mr. Dapelo began his career as an Advisor at AIG Financial Advisors before moving into Trading and Portfolio Management at a boutique private bank in San Diego, California. After developing his financial and investment management expertise, Mr. Dapelo then started his own investment advisory firm while finishing up his last term of graduate school, providing the firm’s clients with an 18% cumulative return within two years.

After proving his business and financial acumen, Mr. Dapelo was later recruited to join Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC) as a Management Consultant in New York City. There, he advised major multinational corporations on strategic and operational implementation engagements, including a few that made international headlines.  After gaining some extremely valuable experience advising such high-profile clients, Mr. Dapelo decided to launch his own consulting practice as an independent consultant, which was rebranded as Monarch Point Consulting Group in 2018.

Outside of consulting, Mr. Dapelo also served as the Director of Development and Operations at the Palm Beach Tech Association and is a Professor of Business & Entrepreneurship at Palm Beach Atlantic University.

Mr. Dapelo received his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California and his International MBA from Instituto de Empresa (IE) Business School in Madrid, Spain.
